Luke Godwin, General Manager / Owner
Luke Godwin opened Godwin Service in 2012 to control all inventory service and repair for Godwin Motors. Since 2013, now called Godwin Auto Repair, the shop has been a valued service center for all clients and the community. Luke is instrumental in the pulse of the service center to ensure quality work and customer service is upheld. He is past-president and past chairman of Carolina’s Independent Automobile Dealership Association where the dealership was named Quality Dealer of the Year in 2015. Luke has also served on the Services and Foundation Board for the National Independent Automobile Dealership Association. He is a current member of the Governor’s Council on Consumer Credit since 2016. Luke is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of South Carolina.
Issac Burt, Service Manager
Isaac Burt joined the team at Godwin Motors in May 2017. He previously graduated from Greensboro College with a degree in political science and religion. Isaac began his role at Godwin Motors on the sales team. In February of 2019, he took on the position of Service Manager and added the role of Assistant General Manager in 2021.
John Perdue, Service Advisor
John joined Godwin Auto Repair as Service Advisor in September of 2025. He comes from a background in the lube tech business as a previous manager of Valvoline Instant Oil and past technician himself. We are thrilled to have him join us and provide our clients with the knowledge and expertise they are looking for in a service center.
